This version of rasi/viraraya fanam is also called as Erattavalan Rasi(ഇരട്ടവാലന് രാശി). 1 Rasi = 2.5 Kaliyan panam or 10 chuckram. This is refered as Raja panam in Dutch records. Used for centuries till Marthanda Varma introduced Silver Chuckram in 927KE. Reference#: 23.2 (Beena Sarasan's book Traversing Travancore through the Ages on Coins). Convex surface.
